Recently in LA we made poems out of a newspaper article. We chose random words from the article and put a line through the other words. After that we colored it in so that there were boxes around the words we chose in the beginning. It was really fun to see how the poems turned out. Here is one of the ones that I did. If you cannot read it, it says ‘Beg a right to protect decision.’
