We recently watched Apollo 13 starring Tom Hanks and Kevin Bacon, and it makes me think. When they stirred the tanks, something with the wires messes up and destroys the oxygen tanks. It was such a small thing flaw, ignored 2 years before the launch. Now that we are inventing new space craft, we could mess up even bigger than that, and they might not make it out. I think that we need to calculate everything, and inspect the durability of every single solitary button, wire, every square inch of the new ships.
