The Son of Neptune is a book about Greek and Roman Mythology. It is by Rick Riordan and it is related to the Percy Jackson series. It is an action and adventure book that is about Percy’s adventures with Hazel and Frank to Alaska to release Hades’s helper, Death. From the day that he was captured, every monster, person or demigod would come back to life even if they were killed. This would happen because Death was always the one who would keep the dead souls in the Underworld/Tartarus. By the way, Percy Jackson is the son of Poseidon. He was at Camp Half-Blood and he went on an adventure (see the Lost Hero book) and he was abducted by the Greek/Roman god Hera/Juno. He was placed again down to the surface of the Earth when Hera dropped him down in the Roman legion fulminata 12. He lost his memory when he crashed in his previous adventure. He was befriended by Frank, the son of Ares, and Hazel, the daughter of Hades. Death was captured by the Earth giant Polybetes who is the son of mother earth, Gaea. Earth is evil and wants to influence everybody in the world. Then she would take control over mankind and demolish mankind as well. Will Percy, Hazel and Frank be able to overcome the powers of evil and save the Roman legion? I have read and enjoyed this book.
I love this book. Have you read the new one? That one’s good too. I can’t wait for the next one to come out.
Yes Davi, I’m currrently reading the third book, “The Mark of Athena.” It’s a good book!
This sounds like a good book, I might try it out.
I just finished The Mark of Athena! I can’t wait till the next book comes out either!
P.S. If you want to read this book, I suggest you to start from the first book of the series, The Lost Hero!😄
I read The Son of Neptune last summer and I liked it. What was your favorite part Sheridan?
I like the part when Percy, Frank and Hazel were all fighting Polybetes. It was a very hard and grueling battle between them, but in the end, they got him out of Alaska and sent him down to Tartarus.
