In class we drew our brain and whatever was in it. On mine is what I am. I am a pet-lover, friend, sibling, entertainer, survivor, pilot, tech-wizard, gardner, superman, minecrafter, legging-wearer, and a student among many, many other things. I added the lightning, vortex, and the earth after. It was lots of fun thinking of what I am, and drawing things.
I did a drawing of what I think my thought process is. It is very linear, and shows how cognitively overactive I perceive myself to be. I included things like “me” in Hebrew, LOTS of turtles, and things about math, books, and travel. I tried to show how a normal half-second was in my thoughts (but with some things taken out). I am not a very artfully inclined person, so most of the things in my brain were not pictures.
In Language Arts, we drew how we thought our brains looked. Then we put words describing what was in our brains and drew pictures. Then, I drew pictures around my brain and colored them in. The picture above is my brain that I drew.
In Language Arts class, we made pictures of our brain. Inside we put things that we thought would be inside of our brain. Examples of things that are in my brain are school and sports. In our brain, we could put things about our sixth grade year. Inside of mine are things like vocabulary words and languages that I learned. I think that most of the things that are in my brain are things that are important to me and things that happened to me in 6th grade. Also on my brain is my Life List that we made in Language Arts in the middle of the year. These are things that we want to do in our lifetime. I think that this project was a great way to end the year because it helped us reflect on our year in sixth grade.
Over the past week we have made a brain of what we are thinking about and our 6th grade life. I have many things from the school year like Membean, DA, school, and A+. But I also have other things like my friends and sports and music. There are so many things that I think about over the year, and these are just some of my favorites. I have baseball and basketball related things like Derrick Rose, Stephen Curry and Diamond Dawgs (my baseball team).
Another around the brain is my Life List. We all made Life Lists on 1/23/13. On mine, some of the things are go to the top of the Eiffel Tower, play showcase baseball and go skydiving. I hope that by the end of my life I have accomplished everything on my list. All of these things are things I think about, and they are a part of my life.
To finish off the year, in Language Arts class we had to draw a brain with different sections that were going through our head throughout the year. You could make your brain however you wanted to. This year was a lot of fun! From Camp Cheerio to our first end of the year dance. Besides all the many tests and quizzes that we had to have to be prepared for seventh grade, this year was pretty easy and fun. I developed new friendships and made my old friendships stronger. I have learned a lot this year and I can’t wait for seventh grade and all the many challenges that it might bring! Have a great summer!

In Language Arts we created a representation of our brain, it shows the things that go on in our brain and what we think about. In my brain, family and school are my biggest things that go on. My family is really important to me and school is too. I love to hangout with all my cousins, my brother and my sister.
This brain describes what goes on in my head. I also put my Life List in my brain drawing to show what I want to accomplish. Around the edge of my brain is everything that is important to me. I really liked drawing my brain because I got create what is in my mind and it is really cool seeing everyone’s drawing of what they think their brain looks like.
To wrap up the year of projects our last project was to draw our brains and put the things in it that happen in our everyday life and that relate to our life. One thing I put was school because I come to school every day except for the weekends and this is where I get my education. I also put technology in my brain because technology has been helping me a lot in school lately and I use it out of school. Another thing I put in my brain was sports because sports keep me healthy, they keep me in shape and are a good workout. I also put my family and friends because they are a big part of my life and help me with things when I need help and always have my back. These were the things on my brain. What was on yours?

Brain Pop is a great place to go to learn. It has videos on a ton of things. Like videos that have to do with math, science, history and other topics. You can get an account on Brain pop and get lots of videos. Even if you don’t have an account, Brain Pop has free videos you can watch. With every video you watch you can take a quiz and see how much you learned. It could help you study for a test or quiz by watching the video that has to do with the topic of the quiz or test and then taking the quiz. Also it is fun to just go to Brain Pop and watch the daily videos. Brain Pop is a great way to learn and the videos are very interesting. I love Brain Pop.
