If I Were a Tree
If I were a tree I would give shade
to scorching hot people
I would wave my arms
in the nice cool breeze
In the fall I would let
my leaves take a vacation
In the winter I would
go to sleep while kids are playing
I would come back in the spring
I would bloom and start over
