I can’t even begin to say how many things I am thankful for! I have two specific things I am thankful for though. I really want to thank my family and DA. My family has been so grateful to me. Including my mom, dad, my two dogs, and yes, even my sister Joy. My family members have each gone out of their way to do little things for me that I will never forget. For instance, my mom and dad always help me when I am stuck on something even when it doesn’t have to do with academics. They are always there for me 24/7, and they would do anything for me. They would even die for me. I am so grateful I have parents that love me so much!

I am so glad we have such a close bond as a family, especially my mom and me. I am also grateful for my twin sister Joy. There are pros and cons to having a twin sister since I am thanking her I won’t talk about the cons. Joy is like a permanent BFF who is always there for me to talk to. We laugh together, we sing together, we do everything together! I have to admit the best thing about having a twin sister is that when you forget your homework or need help on something Joy is always there to help me.

Now I want to thank my dog. I know he can’t talk but I feel like we communicate together and he is always there to help me. He helps me get back up when I am down and his way of paying me back when I take care of him is licks. He is always giving me licks! I love my family so much that words can’t describe! This Thanksgiving I will take the time and thank everyone who has been good to me! Including all of my wonderful friends!

  5. I really like your post! I think a big plus for having a twin might be getting help on the homework, and stuff like that. Because I don’t like writing my homework down.

  8. I have a brother who’s in 10th grade. Even though it sometimes seems we’re like enemies, we usually get along well.

  9. Yes! That’s one of my favorite things on havi g a twin sister. It’s a HUGE advantage @19kay. But, I also really want a big sister like you! 😃

  11. Yeah, I usually have like major fights with Joy over silly things like cloths but we make up in the next 5 minutes. @19fred

  12. Jinger, my sister and I do look a lot alike according to some people. Once somebody confused us as twins and we are four years apart!!! But according to a couple other people we look nothing alike!!!!

  13. I would really like to have someone that I could always count on for homework. On a few occasions I have forgotten something at school, and had to email some of my friends for a picture, or tell me what the assignment is. I really enjoy having a nice big sister!

  14. @jinger I know that you can fight with your sisters, but I would rather fight with a sister my age because they know better from YOUR AGE perspective…😅

  15. @fred haha so true. I wish I had a big brother who’s got my back all the time…we have no guys in our family except my dad.😓

  20. I always thought that I wanted a twin, but one of my sisters best friends has a twin, and she doesn’t really like it that much!

  23. I guess it depends on who your twin is. I have two sets of twin cousins and one of the sets are really nice to each other and never fight. The other set are always fighting and hurting each other, so I guess it varies.

  26. Yeah, haha @19bella if I had a brother instead I would have 4 boys in my family (including my dogs).

  27. Well, I mean @19aneesha not really. Because I like having a twin a majority of the time but I absolutely really DISLIKE that she’s SOO much taller than me! 😲

  29. When I go to church,they often say to pray for whatever, and when I was little, I ALWAYS used to pray for a twin sister!😅😝

  32. I thnk that it would really depend on who your twin was! And if you liked them! If you didn’t like your twin, I think it could end badly… But if you really liked your twin, then I think it would be a completely different story!!! What about you?

  36. Miriam’s little brother and sister are cute! But sometimes they team up to try and annoy you! I bet that that’s one of the things they enjoy about being twins! Great post!

  42. Yes I sure do love basketball… I wish I could play professionally when I get older but people who play up there are EXTREMELY good…🏀

  45. I have a sister, she’s younger and we fight 24/7 but we are still really close and we are always there for each other.
